3.3 Absolute Anonymity:

We operate a strict zero-logs policy. We cannot and will not monitor, track, or log your online activities. Your internet traffic is completely private and anonymous.

4. User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent to use this Service. By using Vpnymous, you represent that you meet this requirement.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

5.1 You MAY Use Vpnymous To:

  • Access content that is geo-restricted
  • Secure your internet connection on public Wi-Fi

5.2 You MAY NOT Use Vpnymous To:

  • Distribute malware, viruses, or harmful software
  • Hack, attack, or compromise other systems or networks
  • Violate copyright laws or intellectual property rights
  • Send spam or unsolicited communications
  • Engage in activities that harm others
  • Violate any local, national, or international laws

5.3 Consequences of Violation:

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately if we have reasonable grounds to believe you are violating these Terms, even though we do not monitor your activities.

6. Subscription and Payment

6.1 Free Plan:

  • Access to trial servers
  • Limited server locations
  • No time restrictions
  • No advertisements

6.2 Premium Plan:

  • Access to all premium servers
  • All server locations worldwide
  • Priority support
  • Faster speeds

6.3 Payment Terms:

  • Subscription fees are charged in advance
  • Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
  • Refunds may be issued at our discretion within 30 days of purchase
  • Payment is processed by third-party payment processors
  • Auto-renewal can be disabled in your account settings

7. Service Availability

7.1 No Guarantee of Uptime:

While we strive to provide reliable service, we do not guarantee:

  • Uninterrupted service availability
  • Error-free operation
  • Specific connection speeds
  • Access to specific server locations at all times

7.2 Maintenance:

We may perform scheduled or emergency maintenance that temporarily interrupts the Service. We will provide reasonable notice when possible.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 Use at Your Own Risk:

The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

8.2 No Liability for Damages:

Vpnymous shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages

  • Any actions taken based on the Service

8.3 Maximum Liability:

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vpnymous, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

  • Your use or misuse of the Service
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any laws or third-party rights

10. Account Security

  • Do not share your account with others
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

10.2 Account Termination:

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for:

  • Chargebacks or payment disputes
  • Extended periods of inactivity (12+ months)

11. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property related to Vpnymous are owned by or licensed to us. You may not:

  • Copy, modify, or distribute our software or content
  • Reverse engineer or decompile our applications
  • Use our trademarks without written permission
  • Remove any copyright or proprietary notices

12. Third-Party Services

12.1 Payment Processors:

We use third-party payment processors to handle transactions. Your payment information is subject to their privacy policies and terms.

12.2 Third-Party Content:

We are not responsible for content, services, or websites you access while using our VPN.

13. Jurisdictional Issues

13.1 Your Responsibility:

You are responsible for complying with local laws in your jurisdiction. VPN services may be restricted or illegal in some countries.

13.2 Restricted Countries:

We do not knowingly provide service to users in countries where VPN services are prohibited.
